- Complete the email and phone verification steps. We recommend subscribing to email and LINE notifications so you can be the first to know about new product launches!
- After completing your registration, remember to click the "Save Changes" button at the bottom to save your updates.

Tote&Carry Membership Terms and Conditions
- Ensure that your password is set to complete the membership registration process.
- Confirm that your basic information is correctly filled in under "Personal Info" in the member center. This ensures you receive store credit, promotional updates, and alerts for new and restocked items.
- Purchases made under different membership accounts cannot be combined to accumulate spending.
- You must be logged in to your member account when checking out to be eligible for store credit on qualifying purchases. Purchases made while not logged in will not accrue store credit.
- Newly awarded member store credits have no expiration date. Check your "Store Credit" section in the member center to view any credits awarded and their usage history.
- Member-exclusive birthday gifts are sent one week before your birthday. If the birthday gift is store credit, it will be valid for 90 days starting from your birthday (GMT+8).
- Monthly store credit distribution for eligible members is issued on the 5th of each month and is notified via email or SMS, with no expiration.
- Tote&Carry reserves the right to suspend membership if two orders are abandoned in a year or if a member violates Tote&Carry’s regulations, with the member added to a restricted list for further purchases.
Tote&Carry reserves the right to modify, change, or suspend this activity. In such cases, it will be conducted in accordance with Tote&Carry regulations and any additional announcements.
Membership Levels and Benefits
How to Become a Tote&Carry Member:
- Register on the website and set up your password to start as a general member.
- As you begin accumulating purchases, the system will calculate your accumulated spending daily (GMT+8) and adjust your membership level accordingly. When your order total reaches the upgrade amount, your membership will be automatically upgraded, and you’ll receive an email or SMS notification.
Member Benefits:
- Members who accumulate a certain amount in purchases can upgrade to Silver status.
- Membership is divided into three tiers: Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Monthly store credits are distributed on the 5th of each month for eligible members, with a notification sent via email or SMS.
Tote&Carry reserves the right to modify, change, or suspend membership benefits and requirements and will issue further notices as needed.
Membership Level Calculation
- Completed Orders: Orders are marked as "Completed" 10 days after pick-up.
- Overseas Orders: Marked as "Completed" 10 days after shipment.
- Membership Level Upgrade Requirements: Spending from completed orders within the past 12 months counts toward membership upgrades.
- Renewal Qualifications: If your accumulated spending during the current membership period meets the renewal threshold, the system will automatically renew your membership level.
Tote&Carry reserves the right to modify, change, or suspend these calculations.
Viewing and Using Membership Benefits
Once logged in, you can view your membership level, expiration date, and discounts under the "Personal Info" tab. When logged in, simply add items to your cart, and the system will apply any eligible discounts during checkout.
Store Credit Distribution and Usage Guidelines
- New Member Credit: Sent upon registration and password completion.
- Monthly Credit: Distributed on the 5th of each month for eligible Silver, Gold, and Platinum members.
